This option offers the possibility to explore via rotation three different reimagined learning environments:
LightSail is an adaptive reading platform that helps students, classrooms and school districts. During our time together, we will experience personalized libraries that adapt to each student as they grow and develop as readers who significantly exceed their literacy goals.
Blended learning refers to curriculums that are delivered online and in traditional brick-and-mortar classrooms. As more schools get reliably connected to the Internet, more educators are wondering how to best leverage digital learning in class. In this session we’ll hear from a literacy organization developing blended learning content for school-aged students, a Teach for All partner organization (Teach for India) that’s piloted a scalable technology-based professional development platform for teachers, and explore practical ways that you can record and share your own videos on a dime.
